We are now hosting our Wigglywoo's parties from a new venue, The Margaret Catchpole Inn, Cliff Lane, Ipswich. 

We have the large back room, which has a separate entrance and our own toilet facilities from the rest of the building. We can accommodate up to 25 children per party and we even have space for the parents too that wish to stay. 

As before our parties are a fun packed 2 hours, where the children start with some colouring, then onto decorating their party bags and then we get on to the fun stuff of making, painting and creating!

We provide the venue, invites, the party bags filled with goodies to take home, crafts, hosts, gift for the birthday child and jugs of squash for the children. You provide your own party tea or order fast food to be delivered. Parents can purchase beverages from the other bar and bring through to the party room if they so wish. We like to make the party special so there will be those special little touches that are unique to our Wigglywoo's parties. 

You can choose from the following craft projects;

Unicorns & Dinosaurs

For the unicorns they will paint a ceramic unicorn money box and paint a wooden wand with rainbow tails and colour in a unicorn mask. For the dinosaurs they will be painting a ceramic dinosaur money box, making and painting a wooden dinosaur flying puppet and a dinosaur mask to colour.

Fabric Painting

A chance for them to paint themselves a new backpack. There are 3 designs to choose from, unicorn, pirates or mermaids or they can opt for a plain bag to make up their own designs. They can also choose to do a fabric pencil case or a foldable frisbee.

Fairies

Does your daughter believe in fairies...

Another fun party project where each child will paint and decorate a fairy door and paint a wand and make a dolly peg fairy

Knights & Princesses

The knights will be preparing for battle painting and decorating their sword, shield and headwear.

The princesses will be decorating their crowns, a wooden mirror and painting a decorating a trinket box.

NEW PARTY THEMES

Fun with flowers

Who doesn't love flowers! 

We will be painting a clay flowerpot, whilst that is drying, we will make a beautiful floral wreath using a selection of paper, card and fabric flowers (boys can create and put a design on a fabric frisbee) Decorate card flowers and colour in a fuzzy felt flower wreath. Each child will get given a bag of compost and seeds so they can sow these at home in their new flowerpot. (Suitable for ages 6 years plus)

Creative crafts

for those that just love making and creating we will be painting a my room door hanger, making a puppet, complete a cross stitch picture card and finish off making a keyring.

Make a rag wreath 

A great party project for the older children. The children will be shown how to make up the wreath and will paint the heart decoration and then they can happily chat together whilst making up their wreaths. Each child will be making an 8" rag wreath.

(Suitable for ages 9 years plus)

Make a garland

Another great party project for the older children. Making a creating a hearts and pompom garland to hang up at home to add decoration to their room. 

They will be making up some pom poms and hand sewing some fabric hearts and then make them up into a garland.

Let us make it nice and easy for you to host your child's birthday party at home or venue with our fun packed children's party in a box.

Our children's party in a box has everything you need to host a successful children's party for 10 children for a 2-hour long party. They have lots of things to make and do and lots of great stuff to take home with them. The children will be so engrossed in the crafting you won't even know that you have them in the house!

Your box will contain invites, party banners, a party planner to make it really easy for you and to help your party run smoothly.

There is a party bag for each child to colour in and perfect for taking all their bits and pieces home in.

Colouring sheets for them to do, felt tips for the colouring and they also get 2 craft projects to do along with a set of paints and a brush each to complete them. 

There are lots of goodies to put in the party bags, white paper plates, cups and napkins, a wipeable plastic tablecloth to protect your table whilst they are crafting and then can be wiped or removed ready for the party food.

A perfect party for all. Each child will paint and decorate a door hanger for their bedroom, a biff bat that will give hours of fun long after the party has finished and a wooden key ring.

Our hen parties are a great way to start off your hen party celebration weekend and a chance for everyone to get to know and chat to each other with out having to shout out over the loud music or naked men so it's suitable for granny to attend.

Though our parties are a sedate affair they are so much fun, we craft, play and eat oh and you can enjoy a tipple or three too!

Upon arrival you will be offered a complimentary chilled glass of prosecco or a soft drink if you prefer. You will then settle down to some crafting, chatting and socialising.

Then you can indulge in the sweet and savoury cold buffet which is served with tea and coffee.
