Delivery, Returns and Cancellations Policy
Deliveries
All orders are despatched within 1-2 days 1st class and 2-3 days 2nd class of receiving the order unless it is a bank holiday then we despatch as soon as possible
You can choose to click and collect which you will get an email notification within 24 hours informing you about your collection
All our deliveries are made via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post. Large and bulk orders are delivered by EVRI
We only post out to the UK however we can get a costing for deliveries elsewhere. Please contact us for a quote.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are permitted if the product is not as expected, the product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Buyer to pay for return postage, please get proof of posting
Replacements are only available when a defective item arrives to the buyer and we will cover the postage.
Photographic proof will be required to safeguard you and us both. You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please be assured that all materials used in our kits and our products are of the highest quality. All the items in our kits are sourced individually and the kits are then put together by ourselves here in Suffolk.
All our goods are quality checked before being packaged to ensure there is no damaged items being sent out.
If you wish to return an item as you have decided its not what you wanted here is how you can return your item

Please contact us as soon as possible or within 7 days or receipt of purchase by email to wigglywoocraftemp@gmail.com

Include a photo copy of your receipt or delivery note of the goods being returned highlighted

Return your items within 30 days of receipt in the original packaging in new and unused condition

Please return using Royal mail and keep hold of your proof of postage in case anything goes awry
Workshop cancellations
If you are unable to attend a workshop due to illness please inform us as soon as possible.
Your booking will be transferred to another suitable date.
If we are unable to run a workshop you will be notified as soon as possible and a new date will be arranged.
No refund or transfer will be given if you do not contact us with in 24 hours of the workshop taking place.
We endeavour to transfer your scheduled workshop to a date suitable to yourself if at all possible.
We will issue a credit note to use against another workshop if we are unable to accommodate you or issue you with a kit to make at home if possible
Special occasions/events
This event is non refundable unless cancelled a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event where you will be issued with a credit note to the value of 50% of the fee paid when booked.
Credit note will be valid for 6 months and has no cash value. It can be used to book onto another workshop of used to purchase craft kits

Children's Party bookings T&C's
When booking your party, we do ask for a £35 non refundable deposit. The deposit is taken off your balance which will be due 3 days prior to your party. Depending on the craft chosen the minimum charge will be for 10 children.
Cancelling your party with in 48 hours of the party date
If you have to cancel the party due to sickness and have paid for your party in full we will reschedule for a later date, there will be a surcharge of £35 to cover our costs incurred. If you don't wish to reschedule we will retain 30% of the full amount paid
If you cancel Anytime prior to 5 days of the party date we will retain your non refundable deposit.
If we (Wigglywoo's) are unable to run the party due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule the party at the next available date and there will be no surcharge for rebooking. If you don't wish to reschedule we will issue a full refund
Hen party & baby shower T&C's
When booking your party we do require a £35 non refundable deposit.
The deposit is taken off your balance which will be due 7 days prior to your party. If booking our outside venue the minimum charge is for 10 persons attending
Cancelling your party 72 hours prior to the party date
If you have to cancel the party for any reason we will retain 50% of the full amount paid
If you cancel Anytime prior to 14 days of the party date we will retain your non refundable deposit.
If we (Wigglywoo's) are unable to run the party due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule the party at the next available date and there will be no surcharge for rebooking. If you don't wish to reschedule we will issue a full refund
T&C's for our loyalty card
**Loyalty Points Program Terms and Conditions** 1. **Eligibility**: The loyalty points program is open to all registered customers who make a purchase through our website. 2. **Earning Points**: Customers earn points for every Pound spent, with specific promotions offering bonus points. Points are credited to your account upon order confirmation. 3. **Redeeming Points**: Points can be for discounts on future purchases. Each point is worth £0.01. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. 4. **Expiration**: Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity in your account. 5 **Changes**: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time, including points earned and redemption options.
